Well okay so I wrote on here about where I work and the dress code a few months back and how it went. That the lady who I told that Im a girl to and who I spoke to on the dress code just turned bad. Well I found out how much she didnt care last week. I finally told my boss not that Im a girl but about the dress code. Even though I kind of suspected she didnt know, I still was not completely sure. I mentioned how Ive been exempt from the dress code for months now. She said she had no idea and she my boss is the first person who should have known but they cared soo much they didnt even saying anything to her. It was sad to know how little they respect me.

So ya basically Im still stuck.

Given that it sounds like the (HR?) people didn't effectively communicate with your boss, is this something that you would feel comfortable discussing with her on your own?

Well sometimes women have a feeling its someone entering female territory ...
you might tell them its biological, there are studies showing its literally a womans brain in a mans body ...
there are even sbstances known to cause a higher rate of transgender people ... they are off the market now ...

maybe simply explaining helps ...

do you have a gender therapist and would it be a possibility to ask them along to help explain ?

*hugs*

This is my problem that it's soo awkward to talk about it. My boss is also a good friend and she just everyone else sees me as a guy. It's always been the awkward part and it's not just her, it's also another coworker who treats me like Im one of her kids which is my bosses attitude also so if they heard hey Im a girl, would it hurt them. I dont want to hurt anyone nor make anyone feel awkward. Again yes Im trying to make sure everyone else is okay instead of me but there feelings and thoughts are important to me.

It's never been a fear of rejection.

I do have a therapist and while not a gender therapist, he does know about this stuff alot. I did go into my problems a tad talking on how I have trouble reading guys and understanding guys. How even when I try to understand, I fail. It wasnt anything too deep but I told him how I tended to even as a little kid to talk to the girls mostly as I didnt feel soo confused on how to socialize with them.
