Hello everyone. It's been 4 years since my first "birthday" and life has been great and all together very normal. Nothing really changed except the fact that my privates now matches everything else about me.
Here's my dilemma.
I've ipted for the sigmoid colon surgery by dr Burin in Thailand. Although the surgery is a huge success there are some aweful flaws that I would like to fix
1. My clitorus is way too large but I'm extremely senate. That is t a problem really, but what's the problem is that I was left with no clitoral hood. :(
2. The flesh from my vaginal hole puffs out constantly blocking the hole yet easily brought down once you stick something like a finger in but it is really not pretty.

Because of this I've been really embarrassed to show anyone. A doctor here that I see has tried to sew my majora down a bit to help move the opening so as to help with the pooch out but it backfired as I got a blood blister and ultimately an opening gash that took forever to heal.
I refuse to have sex or date anyone as I'm terrified of the result when a guy sees me down there.

I'm ok with not having any relationships as I'm so busy with my life and family but I do know that it is unhealthy of me not to be having an active sex life.

On one trip back to Bangkok the dr saw me and couldn't understand why I was unhappy. Well I do t expect it to be perfect but o do expect down there to be decent.

My head is fine and I do t have too much of a complex but I feel that I should fix it.
My dr in Thailand suggested he cut my clitorus down and lops sensation ( I just wanted a hood) and see my meatus back ( but have a tighter hole ) :(

I'm trying to find a doctor here in the states that would be a better option to help fix is problem.
Any suggestions ? I'm open to any other questions anyone may have about the surgery.

I'll leave you all with this.
My mind is at peace.
The surgery self was beautiful and spiritual
I'm very functional and vey sensate and thenorgasms are amazing !!!!
I don't have regrets with dr burrin as he took very good care of me and Thailand was very spiritual.

Thanks

Welcome to Susan's place. While my appearance is way off, I am not unhappy with it but I had questions about the function which might require a revision. The name that was suggested to me was Toby Meltzer. In my case, I learned what I needed to know from another source and as I won't be stealth in sex, I don't need additional surgery. There may be others who could do a revision of that type but I am not aware of who they are.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

Thank you. I'll look into Meltzer as well. I heard Mcginns is great too. Reaching out to all my sisters for their advice and experience as well

Meltzer and Bowers both advise revisions on their website.

This is one address in thailand:
http://phuket-plasticsurgery.com/fees.html

You might send them photos and ask for a consultation, maybe its possible to do this online.

Someone asked for a repositioning of the clitoris and a few surgeons said it might have an influence on sensitivity.
So you might ask around, and maybe compare statements and ask for experiences surgeons made ...

Thank you. In Thailand it is frowned upon to fix any work done by dr Preecha clinic so I probably won't go back to them. I'll try Meltzer. Bowers though I'm not too keen with as I heard or read rather that her bedside manners weren't the best   Another question is the cost as I don't want to shell out 10 grand or more since my surgery itself was only 11,500 with Preecha clinic.

Anyone done a revision could give me an idea ( even if it's not the same thing ) of the costs ? Just to start preparing my mind.

I've put this off for some time now just telling myself that this is what I have to work with. Obviously now I feel I should probably take care of this.
Thank you

Well do you think it would be possible simply to say you do not want to tell who your first surgeon was in case ?

Well some figures for the us were in reach of what you mentioned ...

as said i would ask.

If you go for price you might also ask Brassard the can $ where it is might be of advantage for you.

I suspect Meltzer will be costly but my personal view was if I was going to get correction surgery, I wanted it done right the first time. In my case, the surgery had a second optional surgery that I never had. Meltzer would be taking a 33 year old surgery and update it to modern standards. I don't know exactly what he would run into but I suspect it would be more work than a revision to a more modern surgery.

Brasard imo seems to go for reliability instead of maximum possible results connected with risks.

Included is a recovery facility should it be necessary

You might simply aks for their opinion.

Here was a thread on results:

My surgery was done by Dr. Biber and I too had an option for a second surgery to "make it look pretty." I've never worried about it. I am not a virgin. What it looks like hasn't been an issue for the men that I've known.

While I agree that spending the money to get it done right is a valid idea , historically among my friends , Preecha work has been beautiful. Everyone heals differently and I think I just healed differently than normal.
A little bumbed about it as I was expecting playboy vagina lol

I'm still insecure about it though. Maybe I should just try to see how guys approach it

After reading all your girls posts about accepting and being satisfied with your one steps.

But for kicks I will get a hold of McMiggs Meltzer and brassard.

The point is for you to do what makes you comfortable. I'm still a virgin and if I ever get to the point of sex, my partner will be aware it's not original equipment down there. I am semi stealth in that I don't broadcast my past but I am not worried if somebody knows about it. I suspect most men aren't worried about how it looks as long as they get what they are after. If nothing else, you can always claim it was a birth defect which isn't exactly telling a lie.

You might ask about their opinions ... their experiences ... their fees ...
and think about what would make you feel comfortable ...

My original srs was 1988, dr. Futrell. I had two revisions with Dr. Bowers the past couple years with excellent results. My revisions helped cosmetic appearance and enabled intercourse in all sexual positions. I would recommend consulting with Dr. Bowers in San Mateo. Hope all goes well for you.
