Just got my first "muscle shirt" binder. I've been trying to loose weight because my hips are quite wide (thanks to the spare tyre!) and I'm fairly curvy.

But Holy Cow!! I've not been this flat since I was 12!! It's amazing!!!
And I'm so glad that I've gone for the safe option, because I've been wearing sports bra things and they've been slowly deforming my rib cage over the years...

Mightily impressed!! Still have to lose a few pounds to improve the shape of my torso, but yay!!
