I've known I was different when I was 7 I started living full time as girl as of January and it wasn't easy in the beginning, but it has been wonderful being my true self. I've been in therapy and have received my letter for recommendation for hormones and feminization sugary. I would love to be apart of this group to chat with others who are on the same journey or who have all ready done sorry forgot to mention that I'm 46 years old

Welcome to Susan's Place. It sounds like your transition is already well under way and I think you will find many people to explore with. It's not clear what your age is but if you are still in your teens, we have a youth section. As for me, I am a member of the over the hill gang and I had surgery 33 years go but if you have questions, I am willing to answer them.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

You need to be very careful with surgeon selection because there are good and bad outcomes everywhere. The FFS section has many results and discussions of surgery so you will be able to make an informed decision. The others will be happy to teach you what you don't know about FFS.

Surgeons in Thailand range from some of the best in the world to some of the worst. Foreigners usually go with the good ones, but if you're looking for really cheap you'll come across some of the others. I'd be careful, as the bad ones are really bad.
