I had shopped around and ended up at a site called Absolutely Special -Trade there out of Germany what I love about them is you can were them with out Bra, and with a no membrane technology you could sleep with them and always wake up with boobs they had meny different types and these were the Cadillac of boobs very durable and felt, and looked so real I personally give them a 2 boobs up pricey but we'll worth it set me back $ 754

I'm with TechGirl. I bought a pair of Aphrodite forms late last year and they are fantastic - a real upgrade over my last pair of silicon forms. They stay on well enough using the Stay-Tac wipes. Haven't tried medical adhesive yet. 

I bought mine at Love Zone in Everett WA.
