I'm wondering if anyone still has found themselves having dysphoria even after getting a binder. Sometimes my binder helps other days i find myself still concerned with if it's even noticeable that there not showing.

Yes. I still have a lot of weird stuff going on up top, even with my binder. Some times I don't even think about it, other days I think must be visible and I get really paranoid. All the same, I can't leave my house without it. No binder, no go.

Yep although it's very minor. I still feel I'm not flat enough and I hate how it's slightly visible when wearing a jumper or tshirt. But after two years of wearing one I'm pretty much used to it and just glad I'm able to wear one. I wouldn't do anything without wearing one.

Yep, because i can always feel that I'm wearing it, so i'm still always aware of my chest, even if others can't see it

Agree with this. I actually had weird phantom-binder feelings after surgery and it took a few days for it to sink in that I never had to wear one again.
