How would it play out if you were topless at the beach but clearly had a penis...?

I recently completed my legal name and gender change and am feeling a bit bitter about being required to wear a top even though I don't have much top development... Maybe an A cup...

I'm not a T girl... but I know plenty of them who were fine with being topless on the beach. So I don't see the issue.  It's legal for women here to be topless on the beach, so equality for all genders

My suggestion would be to stick with a nudist beach as it's more of a relaxed atmosphere.

In my opinion, since most of us want cis female equality, we shouldn't resent following the same rules they are expected to follow.

If you legally changed your gender, then you fall under the same rules as your gender... regardless of your genitalia.

It would be down to Local rules certainly, if I hand a police officer my idea since it has an F under the sex field I am going to be held to the same standard as any other woman even if I haven't yet had SRS.

yes, but those of us who also want gender equality with men think that it's awful that breasts have become sexualized to the point where a woman can't be topless without risking assault.

Laws is Laws. If you had a legal gender change in the jurisdiction you are in then legally you are that gender. So, if it is against the law for a female to go topless, well honey you gave up that bit of "male privilege" when you got your gender changed. Of course, the legal waters  get muddied if say you live in a state where you can have your driver's license gender marker changed yet your birth certificate has not, or can not be. A good lawyer billing at $350/hr can help you beat the $50 ticket while setting legal precedent.

Also, in light of the recent North Carolina news cycle say me, a male with a B cup not legally in any way a female. Say I go out in full female made in a low cut top to show off the girls. And walk into the Gent's..... Or a muscle bound Trans-man with a full beard walks in to Ladie's?

When it comes to breasts, the double standard is stupid and discriminatory. There is nothing wrong with being against or even actively fighting against an unjust law. To point out the stupidity of your breasts one day being considered non-sexual and the next sexual to make the point that the law is wrong is perfectly fine.

On the other hand, trying to get around a double standard by saying "I have a penis, so it is OK" is in effect simultaneously condoning the double standard and denying your own gender identity. Do not try to grasp for the privilege you lost, but fight that all persons should have it.

Personally if I was still tecnically a M cause I hadnt had full SRS / GRS ( even though I got the F changed on my id ) I would wear some type of swim suit or top and maybe a sarong around my waist or swimming skirt to blend in with the rest of the crowd,
Why would you want to draw attention to your self and and then play well my id says female on it when your walking around with your bits exposed to the world and then getting offened when someone says some thing you dont agree with or walking into the womens change rooms....
