I was thinking last night about how hard it is to loose weight .I had an Idea that I would love somebody to find a solution to , I was just thinking about how fat settles in all the wrong places and how nice it would be to just move it to where We wanted it for example from our bellies to hips and bums and thought what was needed was a way to sort of liquefy the FAT so that We could squeeze and push it to where we wanted it and then let it settle where we want it to be.So if anybody can invent such a device I would be eternally grateful LOL
The girl inside is just as important expecially to Yourself :)

I think it is called liposuction.

You really don't want to dissolve the 'fat' cells, it would get very messy!

Not sure if this would be a TOS violation, but - "whatever" is my antiauthoritarian response anyway, so...

Google Fat Brushing. I cannot speak to its effectiveness, I'm just barely understanding it. But I've read from multiple people that it works, and I don't mean testimonials or ads, but people on BBSs and messageboards like this one. I'd think it makes sense to google it and draw your own conclusions.

Massage is another thing that will work, but definitely in a different way. Fat brushing supposedly transfers fat through pressure and the stroking of the body. Massage will increase blood flow to the area, which you could then make an "add fat" or "remove fat" based on diet and exercise. It's about controlling insulin, basically.
So, to get skinny in a location, you work the muscle underlying the region (say, abs), then do cardio or HIIT, massage the region adjoining (tummy), and repeat a bit. You vascularize the muscle and the adjoining fat pads, causing the body to "selectively" draw fat from that location. (Not really selective fat mobilization, you're just increasing blood flow, so mare fat will get drawn from that location due to more blood flow which brings in more of the "release fat" hormones. Using the muscles ensures the blood flows for longer time and brings in more energy to the muscles, so some gets burned right away. Post-exercise, excess triglycerides in the blood go back into fat cells, but odds are you'll have it deposited all around the body. And doing long steady-state cardio after HIIT supposedly burns the triglycerides as fuel.)

That means by using massage, we can make it work in reverse, too. HIIT session to get fat mobilized (causes lipolysis by itself), followed by an insulin spike (say, candy) and massage and heat to draw blood flow to where we want the fat to go. Say, massage breasts on the low intensity intervals (depending of course on exercise), and when the HIIT session is over, down a chocolate bar - and the fat which was being pulled from all over the body should be stored a little more in the breasts after that chocolate bar.

Caveat:
It's not going to make a HUGE difference. It will move things around a bit, though. A few percentage points at most, but if you remove 1% from waist, say, and add 1% to breasts, you've made a big visual change. So it might have a big effect over time.  It would take a LOT of discipline, though, and you'll only see aggregate results - you can't exactly take a tape measure after the workout/massage, and say, "I gained an inch!" (True for biceps, too, after all.  ;-)  )

And you'll never know if it made a difference, because the alternative is, "don't do it" - in which case, you know only the result of NOT doing it. Can't know both results.  :P

There IS support of the "spot reduction" method, though, in anecdotal articles on T-Nation. Logically, the reverse would work, too, though I feel it's a lot of work to then limit the best results (fat burn). HIIT boosts HGH, which will help breast and/or muscle growth. Short-circuiting it hoping for fat gain in desired areas seems counter-productive in the early stages.  Maybe after 4 years of HRT or so.  Not in Month 2.  :-)

Ha.  It's a serious thing...  :)
Don't know if it works, but I've read it does.  YMMV.

:)

You could try a change in nutrition.

It really helps.

More vegetarian, the right fats , and a lot of water and tea.

No hidden sugar in drinks, and less carbinated drinks.

Many vegetables consist mostly of water. So having an apple as snack does not add much to weight.

Also vegetarian cooking ... for example soups with vegetables do not add much to the belly and there should be no feeling of hunger.
Just having a healthy variety of ingredients and dishes.
Drinking warm tea can also help feeling full.

Avocado oil is said to help with figure. There are ingredients in there that do no go straight to the belly.
