To out it in short, I came out to a close friend via email. He didn't have my email beforehand, and I just put my first name (of my birth name) on it not thinking much of it. A week later he's replied, but he thinks it's another of his friends??? I am completely lost as to what I'm meant to say to this awkward encounter.
