Started HRT 3weeks ago. I'm 33 good physical, 5'7", 170lbs mostly muscle. Breast buds started hurting and sensitive after first week, thought I was imagining. Now 3 weeks in, right breast is a full size larger and right has barely grown at all. So I'm becoming very lopsided. Being I'm only 3 weeks on E when should they start to somewhat even out or should I talk to my endo?

Breasts of cis females also have uneven growth.

You might try to massage the one being behind.

It hurts to massage them, almost at all. And I was expecting some uneven growth but I've grown a full cup on one and almost none on the other. I'm happy as tinker Bell I'm getting any growth at all at 33 but if they keep the same pace I'll have a C cup on the right in 2months and nothing on the left. Just worried they will continue to grow at this rate.

The massage is for a reason.
It can help increase blood flow and help blood liquids reach estrogen receptors.
Some people use massage oil for that purpose, others pure oils like coconut oil.

Usually it evens out some later.
As said its not unusual for growth to occur in spurts and to be uneven.

Adding bioidentical progesterone might be another idea.
It has a lot of effects, some oft them are evening out some effects of estrogen, and help developing breast tissue.

Update; the massaging hurts a bit but I keep doing it lightly and it is helping and they are growing. My SO actually acknowledges I'm almost a cup size bigger.

Ok update, this is strange and I don't know if it's supposed to be happening. I'm leaking clear fluid from my nipples... What is it? Is it normal? Possible I'm lactating?

Did u recently get your prolactin levels tested? They tend to raise while on HRT and if you had high levels pre HRT this could happen.

I'm due for another blood test at the end of this week and on the 20th is a week past my 2 month mark for a check up. We will see. Is this excretion bad? If I don't massage my nipples they get huge and hard as a rock and hurt really bad. Kinda embarrassing cause I'm still trying to pass in boy mode through the day.

Lol, don't really want it to stop just wondering if it's normal or bad. Lol

" With breast growth there is often an increase in milky discharge from
the nipples (galactorrhea). This is caused by estrogen stimulating the
production of the hormone prolactin, which in turn stimulates breast
ducts to form milk. It is not known whether this increases the risk of non-
cancerous tumours of the pituitary gland, which produces prolactin
(prolactinoma). Although prolactinoma is usually not life-threatening, it
can damage vision and cause some headaches. For this reason, blood levels of
prolactin may be checked for a few years when you start
taking estrogen, and further tests may be ordered if prolactin levels are
very high or if prolactinoma is suspected."

I'd say just talk to your doc.
