May be some triggers, I am talking about my physical anatomy.

I have been on T for around two years now. I am aware that it tends to make my 'insides' tighter, but it has gotten to a point where not only is intercourse more painful, but a couple of hours afterwards I will begin to have pain in one of my ovaries. This just started recently. Before this, when I would masturbate, I would have the pain for around a minute directly after orgasm, but it would subside. I deduced that as long as I didn't tense too much during, it wasn't as bad. Can anyone relate to this experience? I cannot currently afford to see my doctor, so I wanted to try to at least get some ideas on what this may be caused by. Thanks for reading!

Yep, that sounds pretty typical. I never had penetrative intercourse, but orgasming was painful prior to my hysterectomy. It was just due to atrophy, nothing too serious. If it is really painful though, I would save up and get to a doctor when you can. I didn't look into it since I knew I was going to have everything removed, but I believe there is something they can do to lessen the pain of that.

I know sexual arousal makes the uterus move inside, tense up or something like that which was why I'd usually avoid any of that near shark week because it could actually make it happen sooner.

I had pain using those organs long before I ever thought about getting T so I'm thinking they were atrophied naturally to some degree anyway. On T I hear they usually atrophy and lose some of their elasticity and so on but if you're sexually active with them then action of the T is probably hindering their functions.

I had one experience of having a bunch of pain like you describe, but not had it since. At the time I did think it was just like the effect of a leg cramp only inside, where it's like muscular tension gone into overkill. I guess it can happen with pretty much any muscle in the body.

The replies are much appreciated. I figured it was similar to the effects of shark week and muscle contractions and all that. I never had intercourse prior to T, so I have no reference for my body. I don't plan on having my organs removed; I know too much about the function of all other organs in relation to those, and I personally do not want to run the risk. Hopefully I can work something out. Thanks again folks!

I went to my doctor about  similar feelings (it isn't after orgasm or anything, it just happens randomly) and they said that that kind of pain is why people tend to get hysterectomies.
