Today I spoke to my mental health case manager and my psychiatrist about starting hormones and the case manager is going to set me up with a transgender friendly counsuler and my psychiatrist recommended I go to my primary care provider and talk about hormones. I don't know if the PCP will ask for a therapist's letter or not. I had a friend that said all he did was go to his pcp which is at the same doctor's office I go to and then he got send to an endocrinologist. I'm going to try to see the same doctor he did and not a nurse practicioner this time.

I had degressed due to a bad therapist in the past, but now I'm back on track.

I feel like God has answered my prayers this month.
