My rib cage is pretty big and I'm wondering if I can still pass with it. Also, do you have any tips for clothes that would help it not be so noticeable?

Lose fitting tops with sleeves tend to work best with a large rib cage. The best part about it is many tops like that are very feminine. Tight and sleeveless will quickly give you away.

Wear that with a skirt or snug but not tight fitting pair of pants and you will duplicate a look that is pretty common.

Black, black and more black, oh and some burgundy.  Tall sizes help.  How wide is under breast?  How wide are your hips?

When you are big it's all about hiding the mass.
