The Palm Springs Planning Commission will review an application for a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender retirement community at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9 at Palm Springs City Hall, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.
