I would like to learn about them. ???

I may have the opportunity to get them through insurance.

First off, I have a natural C cup on HRT. They are AWESOME...
Questions
1. Since I have a C cup, what would be a perfect size upgrade?
2. Is saline better then Silicone?
3. Types of surgery?
4 Which type of implants offer the best over look?
I want the perfect round look and Firmness.
5. Any questions that I can't think of please offer your comments.

Thank you.

Imo, perfect size = not giving yourself back pain. One of my best friends was in a lower clef since high school and aiming to get reduction surgery just that long.

Size is up to you, but personally, if I had gotten a C cup from HRT, I would have opted for the smallest implants necessary to improve appearance, but since I didn't, I chose 500cc silicone implants, which makes me a 36DD; I am happy with them, and they are very soft. Silicone implants are superior in every way to saline, so do your research and choose wisely, even if you have to pay a bit more out of pocket.  My implants were placed under the muscle through my armpits; it was a painful recovery, but I don't have visible scars.

Thank you Kittenpower...

36DD that must be a great size...

I think my C cup is about right, but I want the perfect round shape and firmness that
silicone implants can give.

But maybe a D cup would be a good size, especially with the firmness and the beautiful shape.

I just hope I can get coverage, I am pretty sure I cannot afford them on my own.
