well good news I have prostate cancer that is not on fatal level due to hrt being one of the treatments for prostate cancer as testosterone encourage cancer of the prostate and thus chemical or physical castration can reduce the cancer growth significantly in some cases if caught early enough.

Well as for Voldamort in my abdoman that isn't a threat really although I am joking that it is feeding of my prostate for life and infecting it with it's evil. The other joke is that it is trying to sap sperm from my male parts to give birth to the one that's name shall not be spoken.

Sorry to hear about the cancer.   I guess this is one advantage of being transgender.  We don't have a problem with chemical or physical castration.

I know but it is not that bad really, I am a survivor. A fighter!!!!!

So sorry to hear about your latest scare. Eish, you've got a lot on your plate... but hopefully something good will come of this if they can get that testosterone out of your system quickly.

With appropriate HRT (which needs to basically simulate a normal female puberty), it's not inconceivable that your uterus could be made to grow to an adult size, and that one day you could experience pregnancy through donor IVF.
