Hey, so I've been wanting to get FFS. I'm not sure when I'll be able to afford it, but here's what I think I'd want

1. Chin and Jaw reduction
2. Cheekbone reduction for the sides
3. Eye surgery, to make more symmetrical and slightly diagonal
4. Little bit of a brow reduction

And possibly Rhinoplasty.

Anyhow, I did some editing on MS paint to see how I'd look, and I am satisfied with the results.

The main issue is that it's fricking MS paint so I don't know how accurate it is. If anyone can tell me how I'd look, I'd appreciate it.

You'll be beautiful.  :)

Get your brows threaded/waxed to reduce them to the shape of a woman's brows.

Remember to smile a little, be on the edge of flirty.

One of the rules of makeup is to minimize any flaws, while highlighting the good...what elements of your face do you see as good? (fwiw, your lips are very kissable)

...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Hey, download an app called FaceTouchUp. It might take some time to get good at using it. I'll PM your more info on that.

And Beth Andrea is right, you'll be beautiful :) Get them eyebrows did, grow out your hair, let the hormones work, smile, and be happy you're being your true self!

The photo you sent me looks pretty nice, although the nose is kind of a disaster  ;D

I've been on hormones for 2 months now.

haha sorry about that, the nose probably looked too generic, maybe too aggressive of a rhinoplasty? But you'll look good regardless if you decide to get ffs. Hormones + hair + makeup = big improvement,  although a little bone reconstruction wouldn't hurt ;) actually yes it will hurt haha but it would definitely help.
