I have a size 12-13 womens shoe, I have major trouble finding shops that actually have fashionable, youthful shoes. What places do you guys recommend? The only one I seem to find is Payless.

Payless is the only chain-brand that I know of that carries shoes over a size 11. Piperlime, while it still existed, carried size 12 frequently, however you would have had to dish out over $300 anyways. Most major cities have specialty stores that cater to larger sizes. I know that a Montréal store carries up to women's size 17, for example.

If you want to look in-person, try Nordstrom.

Overstock.com carries a lot of different sizes i wear a mens 11 so im a 13 in womens and i found so many cute shoes resonably priced as well. Also, not sure where you live but DSW carries a lot of larger sizes as well if you want to shop in person.

At least one DSW in Indianapolis does not carry large size shoes.  I think it depends on the area for them.
All the worlds a joke, and the people, merely punchlines
