I am over the moon at the moment! I have been given a pescription by mywebdoctor and have ordered the first round  of medication.

EVOREL 100 HRT PATCHES
Finasteride Tablets

Will have them arrive late next week if all goes well, the money has already gone out of my bank so that's a good start.

I am extremely excited to start, does anyone have any tips with the Patches? Best place to stick them, and what about taking showers etc? Also any special considerations when taking Finasteride? I am aware that they will have instructions with them btw  ;)

Soli

cool Jestwacked, happy for you.

I like your avatar  :D

Finasteride is your only AA?

My doctor told me I could wear my E patch anywhere except on my chest, but I found out, I think here, that it's optimum on the fatty part of the butt or thigh. Fatty part of anywhere I think but I wear mine on my butt and I shower no problem. I got more used to handling them, I screwed up one, it must have touched my shirt and didn't stick anymore, others I put wrongly and found you can't remove and re-stick on the skin, so you can add medical tape if that happens, I even used regular scotch tape  but now I have the twist and I do it in the nude so no chance it touches my shirt  ;) the first ones I used were quite big, the new ones a little rectangle much easier to put on.

Thanks for the advice, and yeah, it's my only AA. Though my T levels are very low anyway at 7.9 :P
