It's "a topic easy to understand."  Wow these hateful people understand nothing. They are a disgrace. They don't understand what this country or their religion is really all about.

I'm going to make it a point to shop at Target more often now to support them.

Besides, the bigots will have self-thinned themselves out and the lines will move faster :)

It even more trans-friendly now.

Pledged to boycott Target. How many actually boycott the store will probably be substantially less.

for sure. there are likely many who signed just because "not" signing would be a tacit agreement with the Target policy in the eyes of their friends who presented the form.
I've never used the restrooms in Target, and probably never will. But you can bet I'm going to shop there now.

Didn't a similar thing happen when they stopped dividing up 'boy's' and 'girl's' toys? Or was that a different shop? Either way I didn't hear about them going out of business...

Rant for a sec here, sorry.

The thing about all of this that worries me is the "it's going to get worse before it gets better" thing. A certain demographic is freaking out HARD about trans people, and a certain portion of them will feel that it's their duty to attack trans people, regardless of the consequences, because they feel that they're under threat. The hornet's nest just keeps getting more riled up, and some trans person is going to get hurt in a very public way before this is all said and done.

Which, I guess it's good that it will be public instead of hidden like it usually is, but it's freaking stupid that it has to happen, that it will come to a "shot heard 'round the world" type of scenario. Or at least I think it will. And it's not going to matter which bathroom the unfortunate trans person is in, it will be a case of "trans-panic". Over someone using the bathroom...
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

What percentage of these idiots were even going to shop at Target this year anyway? Or for that matter, even need to use the bathroom at Target?

Perhaps those folks will just learn to hold it like too many of us do until we end up with bladder and kidney problems.  This is more red meat tossed out to keep the faithful slathering on and tithing regularly.

Over the edge with the lemmings they go...... ;D
Open, out and evolving queer trans person forever with HRT support since March 13, 2013

Seriously, I think they should be more concerned with how gross public restrooms are in the first place. I usually avoid public restrooms because I don't like germs nor all the fun secretions random people don't dispose of properly.

And it's always the same "outlier" premise that they rant..."some child molester is gonna dress like a woman to get into the lady's room"
well guess what folks...child molesters will just as soon target a young boy..and these molesters have been sharing the men's room forever!
