I believe I have found a solution to developing a female voice! When I sing I can hear precisely what I sound like. I have recorded with and without singing. When I don't sing I am way lower in my lungs than what I am hearing. I had a great idea combine the singing with speaking but, first develope a female singing tone or sound then turn it into speech. Once you do that think as you talk you are singing as you speak. Just let it flow. I was floor I succeeded in producing a much more feminine sound less the low frequencies in the lung and actually female sounding Wow!😃I would like some feed back on this theory. I know I can improve on my first attempts.

As you have a music background, men normally use a chest voice and the feminine voice is produced with the head voice. The voices feel different with the head voice vibrating more in the mouth area than the chest voice. Add to that inflection and you have a feminine voice.

Yes, there is a method of training which uses that.

For a higher voice the larynx has to be trained to stay in a higher position.
Its like muscle training.
Singing in a higher voice can help train those muscles, usually above midldle c ...

here is more :

There was a nice vid on youtube of someone who explained that method.
Its not there any more. they deleted their account.
They used a trained word to get into that register ... like oh my ... and they were in their higher voice.

Imo any kind of training helps ... singing ... or reading a book in a higher voice.
Important is consistency imo, a few minutes every day, for a longer time.
Just don't overstrain your voice, simply pause then.

Yes, it seems like a variation of some methods that are around a long time. Melanie Anne Phillips used something similar - go up in pitch until you break into head voice which is the "singing voice" and then lower it down without breaking into a pitch that is comfortable for speaking. Basically it transports some of the head voice qualities into chest voice. Head voice usually has also a head resonance, in a male voice, chest voice has a chest resonance, what you are looking for is basically a chest voice (speaking voixe) with head resonance...
