I know this is a repeated question but how can I get larger breasts? Any advice would be amazing, currently I take  testosterone blockers,  estradiol and  progesterone and I can feel a small bud under my nipple

Breast development depends on your genetics and there isn't a way to be sure before starting HRT. Some of us have big breast, some small and some implants. The other issue is that breast take years to reach full size so the first year or two may not be an indication that you will have small breast.

Yeah, not too much you can do to grow them. Victoria Secrets and many other places do offer 'add a cup size' and push up bras so you could look into that, you would look larger in them. Do you know how to measure for a correct bra size? Oh, and depending on how they are shaped, different style bras may fit better than others, so try a few different styles.

Give yourself time on HRT in the proper hormone ranges. Then you will get a good indication of how things will progress.

I am almost 3 years on HRT under control and a size A. My breasts sit below the muscle and outward. So when I have a BA it will be in two procedures. One to install the implants and the second later to lift the breasts. They will still point out because that is how my breast bone is configured. Also, my implants must be over the muscle. Point being I will get improvement and feel better about my body and I need to realize there is no "perfection" and everyone is different.

Many people report a more rounded form when bioidenticl progesterone is added ...

If you have small buds then you are underway, if you have only recently started HRT then you simply have to give it time. Genetic women take up to two or three years to grow their breasts and we are no different. Breast size is largely a genetic lottery, again something that all genetic women know, nothing can naturally be done about that.

Waiting for them to grow is half the fun believe it or not.  As much as you want them right now, as time passes and they steadily change from month to month, it (to me anyways) has been quite pleasant.  I'm glad they didn't come in right away now.  It's given me time to adjust.

I also like how they grow slowly but steadily. They are still rather small but very sensitive though.

Mine hurt when they are pressed bluntly. But gently caressing / touching them is quite pleasurable...

In the rush for larger breasts I like to remember it is easier (via padding or push up bra) to add than to subtract via surgery.

My wife has had no end of trouble with being too big so be careful what you wish for.

That said I'm just as impatient but enjoying the process tremendously.
Think that it if went too fast I wouldn't truly appreciate them as much as I do.

Oh dear. I was hoping the pain wouldn't last too long. Does the pain continue 'till they stop growing? If that's the case then it's potentially years of pain.

Don't worry about the pain. I actually really enjoy it. It's a constant reminder that they're growing.

It comes and goes unfortunately.

I have days where they don't hurt unless i touch them, and other days they hurt on their own. It is part of the growing process, but it is not really a big pain so don't worry too much about it.  😀

Oh don't get me wrong, it's not endless pain 24/7, but here's some examples:

In the morning they are sore when I wash them in the shower.
Throughout the day they feel like stabbing whenever I pickup a box or lean against a cabinet.
By the end of the day they are quite tender/sore from being in a pushup bra all day.
In bed at night when rolling over on my stomach prompts an alarming reaction, so I hug a pillow to sleep.

It's just a constant reminder that they're developing.  I'd just like to roll over one night and not be jarred awake, or lean in to hug someone and not be gritting my teeth, lol.

Well, for me, my breasts grew from small 32B's to full 32B's after one month of intramuscular injections, as opposed to the sublinguals that I took for 18 months. They're Tanner Stage 4, and I'd think that I'd have size C's by 2 to 2.5 years of hrt at this point.

I've seen the other women in my family and I may have hit the jackpot. While I'm concerned that I didn't measure right, at three months I'm already a B if I'm right. I'm concerned that this is more because I'm still overweight and I have this irrational concern that they'll disappear out of the blue. However I've lived with overweight man chest and it's not this prominent and my "middle-aged man-gut" that I've had since 13 (I'm 32) is slowly going away. There's other exacerbating issues there, but that's not the point. They have proved to be an immense source of pride for me even if no one will notice them. (grrr....) I hope I'm not coming across as narcissistic, but my male features never left me feeling this...comfortable?

Though my nipples will itch. The soreness is tolerable (don't press anything to your chest) and comes and goes, but the itchyness. Yeesh....

In my experience, the pain from hugging someone only got bad in the first couple growth spurts. They grow in cycles and although they can be somewhat tender when they aren't growing, they don't ache or hurt unless roughly handled/jostled. After a while of HRT you should be able to tell when they're growing or not by their respective tenderness.
I can rarely lay on my stomach when I sleep anymore, but I use a pillow between my legs and hug a pillow to my chest to keep my arms comfortable as I sleep on my side. Even when I'm sleeping with my boyfriend, I'm usually most comfortable that way. The pillows also work very well to guard against a stray elbow if my BF turns abruptly in his sleep.

Whether it is permanent or not is up for debate (their site says it is eventually) but I will say it definitely helps noticeably when paired with hormones 🙂 It's always a great way to visibly see your growth. As each day passes you will see your breasts fill the cups of the pump more and more to keep you motivated!

Follow the instructions though and dont damage. 10-20 minutes 1-3 times a day is great, no need to make them turn purple or over pump. Stimulate is the key word, and you will feel it with just a couple pumps 🙂


Outside of that you said you are on T blockers, estrogen + progesterone so it sounds like you are right where you want to be if your dosages are good per your doctor. Pump, massage and always moisturize!

omg not to mention getting used to having something stick out from your body. I've run into everything from corners to car doors because I'm not used to the extra personal space! ow ow ow ow ow.
