It's nice to read something positive amid all the hate and attempts to return to some sort of dark age.
That said, it doesn't mean we don't need to keep fighting back against this highly scripted right-wing effort to mobilize frightened, uninformed people. Ultimately, it's the same agenda these well-funded organizations (in this case, Liberty Counsel and the American Family Association, to name a couple) have had for decades: to persuade ill-informed people that they're under attack and that the only thing that will save them is voting against their own interests.
