Hi Liam, Both Buffalo and Rochester have trans support groups you can attend and generally abundant communities. Good luck and I hope you find the information you're looking for.

I have been attending transgen in Buffalo I really enjoy it I did not realize there is as many people that are struggling just like me it's a beautiful thing to not be alone anymore
