Especially as I consider what my gender is, I also wish I could have been born with a different hair color to go with it (even though not to the extent that I suffer dysphoria for it). I have dark brown hair and I wish I had fair blonde hair. It seems to stick out in the population of adults, most blondes I know are young kids. I even wish my body and eyebrows were fair-haired too. I sound strange. Is there anything I can do about it, if dye isn't the only option. I want it to look all natural, as if I was born and stayed blonde throughout my life. Eyes I can care less about, but I prefer if I could have the light blue eyes I had when I was a child. But, oh well, contacts are a pain so I won't do those then.

Please help me get a solution, please don't write it off as weird for wanting blonde hairs on my head and also my body.

I'd say go to a professional high end hairdressers to get your hair dyed. They'd know what type of blonde would suit you. If you don't have fair skin then it may look obviously that you aren't a natural blonde. I've heard of some people getting their eyebrows dyed; but people used a dye kit at home to do it. I don't think a hairdresser would. Too fiddly.
I don't think it's weird to want to change your hair to blonde; seeing as it's considered the most attractive hair colour for women still. I'm sure most women you see on the street aren't naturally blonde.
You wouldn't be able to dye your body hair. But nobody notices the colour of your hair. On estrogen you won't have much body hair anyway and I'm guessing it'll look a lot lighter.
They/them pronouns preferred.

The only way I know of to turn brown hair blonde is bleach. Also toner is the key to natural look blond hair, without  toner you get that yellow/orange color but to much and your hair looks grey/white. I suggest going to a stylist until you learn how to bleach/tone properly. you can shave your eyebrows and draw them in blonde.

I don't think it is weird. I always wanted my father's blue eyes and my red hair back.

I still want to maintain my eyebrow hair, I just want to lighten it so it looks more blonde/"albino" like some natural blondes have.

And thank the Gods I already have fair skin.

I just remembered that hydrogen peroxide will lighten eyebrows. I used a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner on my face an it turned my eyebrows and some of my hair blonde.

Cisgender folk deal with this all the time.  Your options are to bleach it, or pay somebody to bleach it -- you'll have to maintain it quite a lot if you don't want your roots to show.  If it matters that much to you, wax anything you can't bleach.

So I'm actually naturally blonde to the point that my natural eyebrow color is so light you can't see them on my face. This is something I don't like as I personally think blonde men aren't as attractive as darker men. I dye my eyebrows sometimes, I've been doing it for years. What works best and is the most cost effective, believe it or not, is the men's beard dye you can find at any CVS or grocery store. It comes with a little comb type applicator which works well. Just pick the lightest blonde color and try a little bit on your eyebrows.. leave it on for like 3-5 min and see what the result is. Be careful to wipe away any excess color that is not on your eyebrows as it will dye your skin that is a little annoying to try to get off (Windex works best for getting hair dye off your skin....)

I color my hair. It's not a big deal. Look at all the products on the shelf at the store. I'm not the only one who does it! ;)

It's easy enough to dye hair and keep on top of roots.

Brows and even lashes can be dyed but no way I'd try that by myself.

Nice to get brow and lash tints while being threaded. Costs but worth it.
