It certain wouldn't change the quality of the results. Those will be whatever they will be. Not much can change that aside from a different surgeon.
But it may change what procedures are an option for you due to skin quality. If you're small chested (B-cup or below) with good skin quality (ie. no sagging), you can have peri done and avoid the double incision scarring. Binding breaks down the breast tissue and would make you less "perky", making peri a non-ideal procedure for you. I'm sure there are surgeons out there who would still do it if that was what you wanted, but it may take multiple revisions to come out well.
If you are already planning to have DI done, binding isn't going to hurt anything.
