Well it does not say if you are a transgender person or not.

If you are not you may look up a video called "So You Wanna Meet A Transsexual?" on youtube.

If you are you might look for a few people to make friends first. You may contact a few people via pm.

Online dating might be a possibility, OKCupid or PlentyOfFish, just be careful and observe basic safety rules.
You might look at profiles of others for ideas for an own profile, and it may be necessary to say no to a few people until you have a feeling the right one comes along.
