I've been going back and forth on asking these questions to anyone, because I full well know I'm overthinking and that being only 2 months in is way to early to decide anything, but like seeing as I can't find much information online about this, I felt like asking here.

When it comes to breast buds, is it normal for them to shrink a little when the nipples get hard? I've also noticed they are sometimes firm and less firm throughout the day and I don't know if that's just how breasts grow throughout the day each day, but it's something that sometimes crosses my mind. I know I've also had this weird fear that pops up sometimes each morning after I had a meal with read meat in it, and I usually freak out because I feel like the changes might reverse because I read several things about red meat like beef and ham can increase T levels and it kind of freaks me out to think about that. I know my development is normal and everything, I just have been thinking about this a lot lately because it's stuff I haven't found an easy answer to, and me just over thinking. I'm so happy about the developments I've had so far, it's just so hard sometimes waiting for the developments and growth to happen. So like is it normal for breast buds to shrink and grow throughout the day, becomes firm and less firm throughout the day is the main question I have.

It helped a bit. It didn't really answer my questions, but it did help! Thank you. The only thing though, and it brought up another question. I sometimes get sore (like the last three days have been kind of sore on and off), but like it's not a constant thing or pain all the time.

Growth occurs in spurts.
Often soreness may be a precursor to a growth spurt.

Of course if it really hurts and for a long time you may consult your doc.
But otherwise it may be a good sign 

To answer your question I'd consider it normal.
If in doubt ask your doc

At two months, you should relax. Some variations are normal and you may not be at a transition dosage yet. It's common to start the dosage low to allow the body time to adjust and then move toward a transition dosage if there are no issues. Some of what you could be feeling is the fat retaining water and if you aren't drinking enough water, things feel a bit more firm. If you are on Spiro, make sure you drink enough water and consume the proper amount of salt.

I can't post the actual doses but they started me on what I assume is a full dose because of the amounts being from what I've researched, a full dose. I think I am drinking plenty of water, idk to be honest. I drink about maybe 150 - 180 ounces of water a day? Um, I just know I had a surge of fat one day about 3 weeks in, and now I have what is about an A cup, and breast buds that are roughly 1.25" in diameter, when I can actually feel them.

An A cup at 2 months? You are doing well. It took me several years to reach AA cup and even now I am almost a B cup. About a gallon a day is a good place to start but if you feel weak, you may need to drink more. I am located in Arizona and a person working outside can require 2 gallon or more in the summer heat.

Normally people are started on a lower dose to see how they adjust to the new chemical balance and then the dose is increased. Another reason for this is because some people can maintain proper levels on a lower dosage. Other people like me can't reach proper levels with the standard dosage. 

I think your treatment is doing well and you don't have anything to worry about other than being ready to go full time. Male fail may hit you sooner than you think.

Well, I made a post about my measurements and while it said my bra size would be a 38E it would translate to a 46A based on sister sizes. I actually drink a little over a gallon a day so that's good. I know my family is more estrogen sensitive, but I was never very masculine either. I think part of my worry might have something to do with the environment I live in, but I can't be too sure of that as an impact.

If red meat cancelled the effects of estrogen and stopped breast growth there'd be a lot of genetic women with no breasts.
