So far I haven't come up with very much! I'm so stressed out! My only other option is DMD in Argentina and flying alone has me in a panic never mind the fact I'll have to go alone, so I'd rather remain in the USA...except I cannot find many FFS surgeons who perform type 3 forehead work WHO are craniofacial surgeons! Doesn't anyone have any info?!
