"A private Christian high school is defending a policy that allows it to deny admission to or expel students who live with lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender family members."

So, now you can't be Christian if just someone in your family is trans!

If I didn't know better I would think that radical atheists are running this school and making up rules to make Christians look ridiculous.

Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker

Yes, an awful policy, but as a member of a same-sex parenting partnership, I wouldn't dream of subjecting my kids to that sort of environment.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

This is all too common in some private institutions including "Christian" colleges. They can apply for exemption from the federal rules on discrimination. Somewhere online there was list published of those that have.

I read a rulebook of a "Christian" school recently that said "Transgender Behavior is in violation of school policy" No definition of what that actually is of course. Just a blanket discriminatory statement.

How very "Christian" of them.
