I know that this has been brought up multiple times, however I really just want to hit specifics here.
I am 21 years old, noticed my hair shedding at 19 and since then always been paranoid. However at 20 I realized that I have a bit of thinning on my right temple that is worse than my left. I started taking propecia, rogaine, and all this other stuff. But then just stopped in general (which I know, that's a bad idea) and I definitely noticed more shedding. Just from the frontal area. I finally began hormone replacement therapy in november 2015, and have been on it since. I know that hrt probably won't grow any lost hair, however I am told that it at least slows it down. However to this day, I am still shedding and my hand can grab 2-3 hairs if I simply just run it through my hair. I am born with thin hair and I am born with a big forehead, so this freaks me out. Now that my right side is a bit more prominent.
So my question is, will estradiol and spironolactone help up until my surgery in december that will involve reconstructing my forehead and lowering my hairline and hair transplants in the summer of 2017?
