Hi ladies,

Just wondering if any of you wear a bra in bed?

My nipples are pretty sensitive at the moment and I tend to sleep on my front or 3/4 prone position (the recovery psn) which is now quite uncomfortable.

I've read mixed things about the health of bras at night but I wondered if any of you do?

I don't.  When did you start HRT?  When did the sensitivity start?

I do sometimes because my bra is so comfy

Started HRT 18 months ago. My nipples started getting big and sensitive about 6 months ago. It's got to the point now where I need to change sleeping position or wear a bra  :-\

Just a T shirt and panties. Sleeping on your stomach is a matter of correctly positioning the masses and careful placement of the pillows, Normally I am a side sleeper and only do back or stomach when I am having a hard time getting comfortable on my side.

That's very similar to me Dena. I may try a loose t-shirt then. That'll be fun as there are lots of girly ones from which to choose  :D

I have a pretty hard time bothering to put them on before I leave the house half the time. It's like the first thing I take off when I get home if I do wear one. Most of the time I'm just free boobin' it.

Nope and If I do it's a training bra or a bralette/top that has no underwire.

I wear a bra in bed quite often, it just feels kind of comforting I guess

I sleep completely free (no clothes or undergarments) and would have it no other way.  Yeah, it was a lil uncomfortable in the beginning (like month 2-4), but now?  Nope, and they're pretty friggin' out there too (in the B neighborhood).

Haha fair enough  ;D

I sleep starkers too but they're pretty uncomfortable at the moment  ;)

I always have; don't know quite why.  Started back in the bad old breast form days but kept on when I graduated up to beast enhancement.  BTW - can anyone tell me how to post a picture.

Comfort bra day and night.
Shorts jammie set from Next.

Also learned to sleep on my back last year.
No pressure on the breasts or fear of them growing lop sided. (I'm a worrier)
Best position for cuddling my bear too which is a bonus  :)

Nope. I'm glad when I can pull off my bra at the end of the day

I always wear either a bra or bra top cami to bed, it's just more comfy for me and I don't feel so "exposed"

Nope. I can't wait to take the darned thing off. :) Of course, it always helped that I slept on my side anyway; a few weeks of sensitivity was also enough to break me of occasionally rolling onto my stomach. These days, they squash nicely and I could sleep face-down... but I'm out of the habit.

I thought the only women who wear bras to bed are the fictional characters on TV and in PG rated movies. Most of the rest of us let it all hang out at bedtime. But if it works for you, do it, I suppose.

No I do not

Once my pjs come on, the bra comes off. I normally sleep in a nightie. A cami, is the closest to a bra I would sleep in.

When my breast development started and my nipples were super sensitive, I would wear a padded sports bra to bed, but I have not done that in years.

Bra is unhooked in the back, freed from the shoulders, and pulled down and off through my shirt the minute I set foot inside, so... nope.

Not a fan of bras, but they're pretty much "required" in society.

I wear a sports bra to bed some times if my nipples are too sensitive.  Helps to have a little padding there to keep from getting "itchy".    My GF loves stripping them off me as well, so there is an added bonus.

Most of the time out and about, I go free-style and do not wear one.  I cannot run or jump without the support as they finally made the B cup range, but it is fine when just walking around.

I know some people hate them, but really...they perform a service when needed.
