Taking Other Female Supplements

I was wondering now that HRT is in to play. What other female supplements can you take that would be good for the body to keep things afloat or just to enhance what you already have.

If you mean vitamins, none unless your deficient.

Apart from estrogen and an anti-androgen some also take progesterone. I do.

Taking anything other than pure estradiol (or it's esters) will only clog up the estrogen receptors with less effective substances.

Once I got a few lab results back after starting estradiol, my PCP told me start taking a calcium supplement.  Does that count? 
When in doubt, ignore the moral judgments of anybody who engages in cannibalism.

Calcium will not interfere with development. I was very careful to take it while I was off HRT in order to prevent problems with my bone. Now I am back on HRT, I am developing well on a half transition dosage and calcium.

 Biotin is good for your hair and nails.
Do not take vitamins that contain potassium if you are taking spiro.
