I'm getting very over this weather, too wet to get outside, and i've now been without power for 13 hours! When will it end? 😕

Poor thing! Hope you get power again soon.

I know what you mean but I personally really love the winter weather, staying cosy inside while it's raining outside is my favourite.

Still no power? Was absolutely drenching yesterday but at least I still had power. Everything has almost dried up by today. Even saw the sun!!

Finally the power is back on tonight - the nice hot shower was wonderful.😀

A tree had falling across the power lines just up the road, and with all the other work they had it took a while to get to us. But all is good now.

Adelaide going to get hit tonight but nowhere as bad as the East coast. Mainly of course because we are the city of churches and we are good girls aren't we Elle .

Tassie looks wiped!then I did see a report their dams where dry, not a problem now I hope.

Anyway everyone keep safe and don't drive across flooded roads!

Glad you got power back. I imagine it would have been pretty wild up your end of town!

Lili and I ventured out to take on the Bondi to Coogee clifftop walk today, but large chunks of the path have been washed away. We only made it about 300 metres, then had to retreat back to the safety and sunshine of the beach.

Was good to see you at the shops the other day too - I wasn't expecting that!

Hope you are well.

Hi,
I know the feeling, here in Adelaide we had our wettest July day in 75 years!

Nice though, snuggling up in front of a fire, but no place for my short dresses that I love so much!
Bring on summer :)

How much to stay away? ;D
So long and thanks for all the fish

Well down on the Victorian coast on the ocean we have had more than 40mm by today the 7th. The monthly average for July in 45mm. We already have flood warnings in Gippsland (eastern Victoria) with a lot more rain on the way. Luckily I just got my central heating fixed as it was on the blink! (low gas pressure) Thank goodness for wooly leggings. Mind you without the heating I had a few nights with two donnas on my bed!
Judith.
