I've had pretty good results with tucking using 2 pairs of panties 1 or 2 sizes smaller than my size but lately with my job I'm pretty active moving around and eventually instead of being pulled back i squirm towards the front and bunch up there or start to turtle. I was thinking of using the taping method to help but i don't know what would be better. I've seen people say duct tape, medical tape and athletic tape, which would be better?
