My insurance now covers SRS (yay!) but a google search is turning up nothing but a couple of doctors in San Fran and a couple doctors in New York City.  The latter is still pretty far from me, given my home in Watertown NY. Is there a resource where I can plug in my zip code and find the nearest surgeons? I already have to drive a couple hours getting to my endo in Syracuse. I hope I don't have to go that much further for a surgeon...

hmmm so which of them listed are actual SRS surgeons that can help me in NYS?

   Come over here, I'm not sure but it's probably less expensive than in the US, most everything is and I heard that the surgeons are among the best.
