Let me set the scene.  I was at my job.  A male co-worker was near me and says, "Do you see that?  If that came over to me, I'd tear it up!"  Then as he points out a lady, he asks what i think.  So I tell him, "you called her an it.  She's a person, and one i don't even know."   ...Silence.  A little later he runs up and says he saw me looking at a girl, like he's all pleased with himself.  And it hurt me not to tell him that seeing that girl just reminded me of the weird alien body i'm stuck in, and how little i look and feel like myself.  And then as i'm fighting back tears, he runs up and wants a high five.  He has no clue, but he's just showing me what he would think of me, even if I were Fully accepted as a woman...and I couldn't say a word about it.

Wow.  Some people are so persistently clueless.  I would think after your first correction he'd catch on that maybe you didn't want to share his inappropriate behavior.

That darn dysphoria can be so easy to trigger, sometimes.  It can be hard to process.   Good luck there, and I hope you can get a break from this co-worker.  He sounds hard to be around.

Sounds like a neanderthal. I'd be careful about telling him anything, and remember that you might be working with him once you are out and transitioned.

Cutesy laugh followed by change of subject. Work is work, and transitions and surgeries have an insatiable appetite for money.

I've learnt to be very tolerant. It's taken me years to understand and accept who I am. Most people don't know much about us, it's important that we don't become agressive or be hurt. Education and meeting TG s who are understand can only help us. I was an alpha male and I was no different, we who live in both worlds should reflect on our past behavior and try to build an image of being proud of who we are.

   Are you guys talking about humans? Typical uneducated brainless hateful impolite agressive humans, those who absolutely have to insult and bring you down so they can feel like they're worth something, anything, not much? Ah yeah, I know those, I'm just not interested, they're boring, ugly and they smell.

   Wow, the lady sounds like she's seriously p_ssed, well, sometimes she feels she's had enough for a week, in one day, so she took her gloves off.  Cheers.
