Hi everyone,
I had posted a while ago that might be count was down to 52 to 58. In a recent blood work situation they found that I am now down to 38. I am extremely tired.
So it seems are going to double my dosage. Unfortunately the rules are that I cannot post here the dosages necessarily, but I can let you know where I'm at with my estrogen.

I'm hoping I can get this resolved because my libido is still very low. And although my spouse is very understanding, I still want to be able to satisfy her.

So I was just wondering when you'll think of this. What I should maybe do not do? I'm so confused because the LGBT center in my area, can sometimes take forever to do things and this is understandable being that they have such a workload. So I have been going to my family practitioner and he's been trying to help you as best as he can. Right now he has me doubling up on my estrogen dosage in hopes that that will bring it up.

If any of you have any suggestions, i'm willing to take a look at things.

I am puzzling this out in my body. Physically, I don't feel different what ever the estrogen levels are but my E last tested at 51 pg/ml. The test also showed estrogen totals as 733 pg/ml with half a transition dosage. I am on pills and it turns out the first pass through the liver turns estradiol to estrone. Total estrogen is the total of estradiol and estrone which makes my estrone levels 682 pg/ml. Estrone has 1/10 the feminizing power of estradiol and if the body requires it, estrone will convert back to estradiol. Injections, patches and implants are the best solution to reducing the first pass effect and making the ratio between the two less.

That said, Libido comes from your testosterone levels which you didn't mention. I suspect the blocker you are using is pretty effective and has driven the testosterone levels into the basement. The numbers I have for this is females 6-86 ng/dl or .1-1.2 ng/ml and males 270-1100 ng/dl or 2.4-12 ng/ml.

I'd consult anther doctor. Some of them have no idea what they are doing.

You can mention what type of HRT your taking, just not how much. I had poor results on patches, they don't work for some people. You could try changing to another form of delivery.

I'm not sure about my t levels.
I've had an orchiectomy.

I'll ask around about maybe seeing another doc. I'm worried that the doctor is just thinking levels and not anything else.

I've been thinking injections though. Patches don't work for me,I get rashes.

Thanks everyone.
