First allow me to ask what you mean by your parents do not support you. How do you mean? As in financial support for you as their minor child? Or moral support as a family? Please clarify.
Where do you reside? If you live in USA, you might be eligible for your own medical services independently from your parents either through your state's MedicAid or through 'Obamacare'.
Knowledge is power. Of course getting that knowledge may have been what you wanted so long but now you don't quite know what to do with it.
You hold the proverbial tiger by the tail but now can't let go.
I had been going along in life at what I considered myself as 'vanilla transsexual'. After many efforts insisting on such a check-up to fulfill my curiosity, I endured an exam, abdominal surgery, and a medical determination that I am female by inter-sex.
That result was something I thought I could finally use to present to my family and tell them I was correct all along that I am really female because they did not accept me as female as a transsexual.
Nope. I realised I would have a difficult time adding that to my already frayed and strained relationships. I kept my mouth shut and told no one. Both parents died during the interim.
I finally started telling family during the past year hoping it might soothe some of their antipathy regarding my change. Nope, they still hate me; my news merely added one more reason to their disrespect toward me.
That was my story.
Maybe you have better results in today's environment with your parents and maybe they would become sympathetic.
It is frustrating! It seems my family blamed me rather than comprehending that this was not something I chose deliberately other than choosing my course of action.
Yes, you are fortunate in today's circumstance. Birthing room physicians once routinely butchered infants whose anatomy did not appear 'normal'; that was as recent as 1980s. You get to choose what is best for your self.
My best to you. Stay strong and well.
