So I had my first therapy session yesterday.. I was a little nervous about it.. but once it got started it felt amazing I was really happy the whole time because it felt like my first major step to transitioning.. s nother great thing is she commended me and my wife for how open we are and how great our communication is.. and she told me how lucky I am to have such an amazing wife which I already knew.. the great thing is 90% of her clients are trans. So she has a great deal of experience and resources for trans patients and a list of local doctors and ends that are very trans friendly so my goal is to be on hormones within 3 to 4 months depending on my weight loss which is the only thing holding me up at this point. I just wanted to share how excited I am and how proud I am of myself for taking that first step.. and I want to thank everyone in here for all your posts and replies its a really big help!!
