Exactly how small do you need to be for periareolar/keyhole surgery?

When I went in for a consultation, a while back, I was told I'd need double incision to remove my breasts. They were a bit bigger than now, a pretty average B.

Now my breasts have gone down to a small B as I've changed my diet and exercise more, doing chest and cardio more often than before. I still won't be in any position for surgery for a while so until then, how small do I need to be for those surgeries?

I am really paranoid about retaining feeling and keeping my nipples the way they are. The areola is average, in terms of a woman, so I don't care if that's all gone. It's just my nipples I'm a little nervous about. That and scarring. I don't see many pictures of before and afters with POC men. So I really don't know what to expect with how scarring will turn out on me and am a little nervous about that as well.

I think it depends on the surgeon. I was border line for peri surgery but I decided to go with the double incision because I didn't like the results I saw with people who had it, plus I wouldn't have to go back for revisions. The only down side obviously is the scar  but it will eventually be less noticeable. I would honestly go with whatever your surgeon recommends.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I dunno.
