My boobs are scorching hot and not in a good way. The nips are hard, look like puss filled pimples and I'm about to rip them off my chest if it does not calm down. I've been on Spiro for 24 years so this is not the first occurrence just hurts worse than other times. Is there anything I can do besides grin and bear it. I've tried heating pad but it didn't work. Help.

I'm not a doctor, but just going on intuition, I would be inclined to try calamine lotion or zinc oxide, since they are anti-irritants.

Sounds like milk fever, are you lactating? If alternating between hot and cold compress and pumping does not give relief, Please, PLEASE seek medical help.

No I am not lactating. I have not started hormones. I take the Spiro for congestive heart failure as it is primarily prescribed as a diuretic. It generally goes away after an hour or two but man in between it can get intense.

I sport a B cup. But i will be taking hormones soon. So they may get a little bigger.
