I made 3 threads here before about not being able to orgasm. I thought that it might never happen. I just wanted to update and say that was finally able to achieve orgasm last week. Firs time was a micro-orgasm but the two other times were crazy strong orgasms.

For anyone still wondering how to orgasm, here's what I did : I just did humping motions with my legs crossed, that's it. You don't even need to get naked, nobody will notice. The reason why it works is because it isn't too different that how you do it pre-op. Both men and women can masturbate this way. With a penis, it's the foreskin that rub on the glans when you do the humping motion and with a vulva it's the clitoris that rubs around stuff. So it doesn't need any getting used to it, it's very natural for your brain to figure it out. Contracting and decontrolling the vagina muscle also seems to help things but I never was able to control this muscle very well pre-op but after dilating so much this muscle as gotten a lot less tense.
