Hey ZAP,
I don't comment on passability very often, you look like a guy to me, even with the things I'm going to mention. But look, I know how paranoid we can be about our bodies, so just some ideas when you are thinking about de-emphasizing your hips:
I'd recommend that you wear baggy shirts and stay away from any type of pleated pants, as cargo pants sometimes are.
Watch out for layers that show UNDER your shirt. If that gray shirt was layered to see underneath the green shirt, it will create the illusion of hips. We mtf's go the other direction and often wear layers like gg's to emphasize hips, it creates an illusion.
Stay with darker clothes which you do.
The sleeves rolled up like that are probably a bad idea because it creates the illusion of more in the hip section than if they were pulled down or not there. In other words, the more bulk you add to your sides via tighter shirts, visible layers, rolled up sleeves, etc, the worse off you'll be.
Also, you could wear shirts with designs on them which will pull the focus up a little higher, but I don't know how you are with your top, some FTM's wouldn't be comfortable with that.
You do look great ZAP! Meghan
