So I just came out to a couple of my female friends today and I was a bit nervous at first but neither one of them hesitated at all when they said they would help me out through it all.

Congratulations!  Coming out for the first time is the hardest.  It gets easier.  That's great that you have supportive friends.

Glad to hear it all went well

So do you feel more confident about coming out to your Mom?

Take care

I'm starting to hint at things. Like the other day I purposely left my bedroom door open with some panties on the floor. I dont think she noticed them but still. And then yesterday I was talking about acceptance of people. And she asked me if I am transgender. I couldn't tell her yet. I'm also starting to hint at things with my father. Mostly through television, where some of my favourite shoes have transgender people in them. He seems generally accepting and even uses the correct pronouns after I corrected him. So I think another month and I will come out to them.
