IF on estrogen can you really use a pump and have lactating

Lactating seems to be quite common. However, do not expect to produce much. As for using a breast pump, I have never tried that. When I lactated, I did not produce more than a tablespoon at a time.

I don't remember how long til I started, but I had been on hormones for longer than a year. I lactated for about 3 months, and never lactated again. Results might not be typical. This is just my own experience.

Lasts a couple of months with early breast development then never comes back. You can however under a doctors supervision trick your body into a fake pregnancy to try create milk for breast feeding in case your curious.
Awww no my little kitten gif site is gone :( sad.

Regarding lactating and maybe using a breast pump,  it's something I've been looking into.  Clue in your Endo or GP. Trucking our bodies is sometime we can do to mimic pregnancy and after the birth. Motilium might be an option.  Hugs Shannon

Happened to me for two weeks during the 6 weeks I had stopped hrt before SRS surgery. I think it was the sudden drop (change) in hormone levels that triggered it.
During that time (about a month) my boobs went from an A-cup to a B-cup, yay!
Then after that they went back to an A-cup, and stayed that way ever since, boo!
I must admit that during that time, I did feel pretty amazing.
That was over 13 years ago now though.

The fullness the femininity. So wonderful.

I did have some lactation in the early part. That stained the sheets and nightgown. The cis-males known as "milkmen" have lactated after months with the pump without hormones and successfully fed their babies. Anecdotal evidence suggest with those that they have even gotten closer to their wives in their relationships.
