i log into The Patient Portal for where i go to see The Dr.
* they have me listed as a MALE..... even though i got a COURT ORDER to get NAME & GENDER, changed?

& also have something called this listed on file: (Z87.890

That may be the way they have to code you in the system. If you're getting any kind of health care that is typical for men, that may be why. Otherwise, they should be able to change it. Something to ask your doctor about.

The court order does not mean that everyone will automatically change their records of you.  You have to contact everyone you do business with, whether the doctor, the bank, credit cards, utilities, etc. individually to get them to change their records.

Now it sounds like the doctor's records have enough information that they should have been able to figure out that you should be listed as female.  You probably just need to give them a reminder.
