Hello, last weeks I am extremely dysphoric. I am on HRT for 7 months. I started taking Androcur on January and added Estrofem in March. On the start of May i switched to injections. Last month my dose of estradiol valerate has increased. But what is happening is that I am starting to have back again libido. Morning erection came back, interestingly it is like 1-3 days after a shot and even what cames out is a small white fluid :( . I am so depressed, if my testosterone raised or what is going on. It is continuing already for 3 weeks. Gonna have blood check in next 4 weeks. Last time my testosterone was well in female range and was painful to get any erection and my libido was at 0, which i liked and now it looks like everything is turning back :/ . Is it possible that testosterone can suddenly rise? I do not know what to do, i am on ok dose of Androcur and I think rising it won´t help. (I am not self medicating) What can be happening?

You need to relax until you see the next blood test. I have seen a number of reports on this site were the sex drive returns as they reach the normal feminine levels. Remember that CIS women have a sex drive as well and it's fueled off estrogen. In addition, while testosterone can convert to estrogen, the reverse isn't true. I suspect the chemical rebalancing of your system has allowed you to relax and feel your real feelings.
