Does anyone know of some silicone or similar material breast enhancers that you can wear on top of your natural breasts to get a larger size, say under a tee shirt or something, that move, bounce, same weight, etc, as actual breasts?

At the moment I'm a 34A-B and planning on BA after 10+ years on HRT, but just looking for something during the in between.

I've never tried them, but I believe they are call Chicken Fillets. You can find them on Amazon, etc.

Those seem to be almost like a push-up thing that go under your boobs to add cup sizes. I was looking for entire forms, almost like cross dressing or mastectomy forms, but hopefully with a space that your actual boobs can fit comfortably in, not be smushed.

Yeah, look on Amazon or Target for the "silicone enhancers." Some are under-boob kind, but some (I have a pair) are basically what you want - a hollowed-out form that fits over your actual breast and adds a cup size or so. If you want the natural-looking weight and bounce, you definitely want silicone. The good news is, since cis women buy these by the truckload, they're fairly easy to find and cheap; they're actually easier to buy than full forms.

That might work thanks! But I'm really focusing on the upper portion of my boobs, not just the lower half. See the picture below. I've really wanted to be able to "fill out" a shirt, not just "poke out" from my nipples and push up bra. Every breast form I look at are either for mesectomy patients or cross dressing, I can't find room for an A cup inside? Idealy I'd like to get a form for a D cup so I can wear an unlined bra and show the jiggle!

That photo I linked to is not the only way to wear the thing, although I think I did a bad job of explaining - I used it to cover 90% of my breasts when I wore it, and I was a C cup at the time. I also did wear it under a "real" bra, rather than using it as a push-up bra in its own right. It may be marketed as a push-up bra, but the hollowed backing and adhesive aspect of it made it work pretty well as an enhancer to cover my actual breasts and make them look larger while still having a natural weight and jiggle.

(I outgrew the thing eventually, in that I could no longer fit my breasts into the hollow back, but only once I was around a 38D.)

I'm repeating the same info from a similar thread I just started, not having found this one first.

I've tried several brands (various models of Braza, some off brand ones from ebay, Nu-Bra), and models of silicone pads and "chicken fillets" , most are not large enough to produce a full 40B or 42B cup volume  given my current scant  A cup chest. 

I did my homework using the technique often employed by plastic surgeons pre-op for test driving various implant volumes prior to settling on a desired cup size--the rice in stocking trick.  Basically, you knot a nylon stocking, fill with various measured volumes of short grain rice and try out in your desired cup size or cup sizes to determine the effective breast volume that suits you best.   

I figured out that I needed about 300 mL of added volume to produce an ample 40B cup volume, about 400-450 mL for a 42B (or 40C).  The typical "chicken fillet" or "bump pads" are far less than this volume, usually in the range of about 100 mL or so.  I did not like the idea of going with breastforms since I have enough tissue volume that provides a very natural contour with added volume using the rice augmentation method weighted mostly at the bottom of the cup.  I was not seeking a very large cup size, rather a demure B.  Still in a 40, this is a substantial absolute cup volume.  See my earlier post where I discuss the "A Bra That Fits" website the concept of sister sizes--40B is the same cup volume as a 36D.

Finally, the solution I found was the Softleaves X99.  Softleaves in a British company that makes very high quality silicone breast enhancement devices as well as breastforms.  I highly recommend them on the basis of the high quality of the products, superb email support and very TG friendly. 

The X99 enhancer is their largest volume enhancer short of an all out breastform.  It's made of  very soft, high grade silicone gel encapsulated in PU giving a very natural feel nearly identical to real breast tissue and very comfortable to wear.  It  seats perfectly in a 40B cup.  I am almost unaware I am wearing them.  They comes in various sizes.  I bought the large size X99 which comes in at just  under 300 mL volume and works perfectly for me, provides the shape I want and is  invisible even with unpadded lace bras.   For example I wear them with Bali lace desires, Bali 3383 or Felina Harlow and they are invisible. They are available directly from the company in the UK, shipped quickly and of reasonable but not cheap price. 

Thy make quite an array of enhancement pads and devices of various size and shape, the best selection I've run across thus far.  I am not promoting the product but just a very happy customer.

Have you looked at "The Breast Form Store"? They have several forms typically used by mastectomy patients and cross dressers. Some of their products have different levels of back surface indentations from flat to moderate. The ones that I started with easily accommodated my AA breasts and created a soft, sort of natural full C cup image. Mine are from the Gold Seal Collection. I don't use them much anymore, my style seems to have changed and I am enjoying my A- cup and looking forward for hrt to do its magic. But occasionally I like to stretch my sweaters and strut a bit and enjoy the look and feel that I will probably never be able to grow myself. Good luck.
