Your face doesn't look chubby at all! i see jawlines and cheekbones :P

Thanks. Do I pass, though? I feel as though I look like a twelve-year-old or a lesbian. I start T in seven months.

To me, it's a bit 'edgy'... you seem to look like one of those that make me think "doesn't matter too much, but is that a boy or a girl?" - not inherently bad, but not really passing either. Maybe it's the rather 'neat' shape of your eyebrows. Definitely worlds away from looking like a teenage boy though.

You pass easily! I like the hair.

I was nervous when I first saw this topic, but I may as well: (broke my dashed binder so baggy hoodie, and excuse the horrible chubby face!)

Hey thanks man!

And irrelevant to the question but dang you look nice, I love the hair color, 10/10 would run fingers through said hair

I get "are you a boy or a girl?" a lot. I need to get my eyebrows fixed, but I'm unsure how. I could shave the edges maybe.

If you're getting on T soon I might not stress out about it too much, they might thicken up. Some guys use a bit of eyebrow pencil to do that too, but I don't know the specific technique >.>

I'm visually andro too, and i find i pass better if i keep my hair short at the sides, above the ears kind of thing. i usually only pass as a younger boy though :(

if you like the way you look now though, don't feel like you have to change it

Me? I don't actively. Not really. Don't really feel like there is much I can do. I don't carry fat there so I can't lose it. The problem is my pelvis is wide and my trochanters stick out quite a bit.

I just wear whatever jeans I want and try not to think about it. Loose ones like these make my thighs look fatter than they are, but skinny jeans make my actual pelvis look giant. They are just different trade offs.

Thanks for the reply btw. I still get unsure about how I really look to others.

You pass very well, but those pants don't help your hips. The flare makes your hips look larger. A straight or tapered leg would fix this.

Hello everyone! I was wondering if you would be kind enough to check out my selifes on Pinterest? I'm recording my transition on there. The link is in my profile, I'll put it here too.
There are only 8 photos currently. I'd like feed back. Honest feed back, no sugar coating please.

http://pin.it/PZa3rAB please say if the link is broken!

You'll pass if you stop dyeing your hair, or dye your eyebrows to match. Passing and hair dye in an unnatural hair colour don't mix. In a few photos you seem to be wearing shirts that show cleavage which isn't good for passing. In the photo with your hair up, you actually look more your age and pass better. If you cut it I think you'll pass pretty well, actually.

Well, since I hate adding my own pictures to the internet so much, I didn't think I'd end up doing this, but here's a picture. If it asks for a password, it's 168433

Don't mind the horrible quality of the picture and the choice in clothing, I was too lazy to put on something other than my PJs. Any comments/tips? Also, how old do I look?

Anything I can do to look older than that?

Starting T and styling your hair more would help. When your hair lies down like that, you would appear younger. Justin Bieber had a similar haircut in 2009 and it's associated with young boys, since it's most young people who has haircuts like that.

Well, I started T a few days ago but it'll be a while before it makes a difference. Not sure what you mean by styling, can you maybe elaborate on that?

Kansaki- you look like an androgynous guy. As for styling i recomend drying your hair into a quiff then using either pomade or wax to hold it in place.
They/them pronouns preferred.

I considered something like that but I don't want to end up looking like a girl (or lesbian) since a lot of girls have undercuts in the community that I hang around with, and I'm not quite sure about how my hairline looks. What scares me too is that you have to put a crapload of things in your hair for that and I have a habit of putting my hands in my hair, it's really unsettling when it feels like straw or just doesn't move. That, and I just don't have the dedication to do that every morning (especially since I get up pretty much in the middle of the night). I'm sort of looking for something low maintenance, if there is anything like that.

Go for something classical. You can go for longer hair at the top and shorter at the sides. Than you can try to put the hair at the top more to the side. If you gets problems with the hairline, you can shape it with shaving. You can try to get a more straight square hairline. You would still look young, but you might appear a few years older. Pixie haircuts, round Justin Bieber haircuts and spikey haircuts aren't recommended. Pixie and spikey hair cuts are in fashion for butch women. Justin Bieber's 2009 haircut screams "Young boy", not "mature man". My best advice are being patient. It takes time before testosterone works. About 1 to 3 years, you would probably look more like a grown man - it would mature your appearance. But at least you do pass, you just pass younger than your real age. When you get old, it might be a advantage. Just look at the celebrities, everybody wants to look young. I've heard about celebs who doesn't want to age.

Perhaps you would like these haircuts.
